Please be aware that for logistical and legal reasons, not everything we sell is eligible for international delivery.
In stock items: Our standard UK delivery service for smaller items is 5 - 7 days unless otherwise stated. We use a tracked delivery service for all our orders. If you are not at home it is usual for a calling card to be left by the courier to enable you to contact them direct to rearrange the delivery. Should you not respond to the calling card within 5 days, the goods will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge may be applicable.
Pre Order Items: As soon as the item arrives in stock you will receive notification via email to inform you when the goods are ready to dispatch together with the tracking details.
We like to arrange your delivery with you as far in advance as we can, usually seven days before.
For furniture deliveries and heavy items we will try our best to deliver on a mutually convenient day and you will be contacted to arrange suitable times.
Smaller furniture items will be delivered on a 24 hour tracked national courier service. This is not a timed delivery service and a signature is required on delivery. It is important that you are available on the day to receive the goods.
As a small independent company we do not have our own delivery team and our furniture and larger items are delivered by experienced national couriers. Please be aware when ordering large pieces of furniture that these companies provide a one man, kerbside delivery service. It is essential that there are at least 2 suitable persons available on the agreed day of delivery to help unload the furniture and take it to the final location. Bounty of the Sea Ltd is only responsible for delivery to kerbside.
Unless otherwise specified, furniture and some fragile items are delivered via pallet. This means that your items will arrive on a flat wooden structure that has been shrink-wrapped, and left at the kerb of your business or residence. This service does not include the removal of packaging (including the pallet itself).
Please note: The driver is not obliged to assist in moving the items inside your home. It is up to the customer to organise the movement and positioning of the item or items as desired.
We are unable to refund delivery charges if there is no one available to assist on the agreed day of delivery, and additional re-delivery charges will be applied. We are unable to guarantee the re-delivery as next day as there may be scheduling conflicts and an alternative date will have to be confirmed.

If, for whatever reason, you are not going to be available on the agreed delivery day, we will require at least 48 hours notice. Failure to notify us of a change of delivery day may result in additional delivery charges.
Our furniture is well packaged to make sure that it reaches you in the best possible condition. As we use third party delivery firms to get the furniture to you, we are unable to take the packaging away after delivery. It will be your responsibility to dispose of the packaging once delivery has been completed.
It is your responsibility to advise us at the time of ordering your furniture of difficulties that may be encountered when delivering to your property, ensuring that we have all relevant information in written confirmation. Delivery and charges will not be refunded in circumstances where insufficient access is the reason for return.

We do not keep glass in stock and there is a lead time of 2 - 3 weeks on all glass orders.
We use specialist glass suppliers that manufacture the glass for your table and deliver straight from their factory to you.
This is usually delivered via a national courier and is a one man delivery service. It is your responsibility to have 1 to 2 persons available to manoeuvre the glass into your property.
Any problems or damage to the glass should be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. We are unable to accept any liability for damaged glass which has not been notified within this time frame.
In some areas of the country the glass can be delivered by the glass manufacturers themselves. On these occasions the glass must be checked on arrival and any damage reported to the driver.
The glass and the table will be sent from separate locations but we endeavour where possible to deliver both on the same day but not necessarily at the same time. There will be occasions when the table and glass are delivered on different days. If this is the case, we will inform you as soon as possible to make arrangements.
We aim to always provide high quality Goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, goods may need to be returned.
If any Goods you have purchased have faults when they are delivered, please contact us within 48 hours to arrange collection. We will be responsible for paying shipment costs. Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Upon receipt of the returned Goods we will dispatch your replacement or if requested issue a refund through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods. All refunds can take up to 10 working days to reach your account.
If Goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, you should sign the delivery note to the effect that the goods have been damaged or refuse the delivery. In the event of you accepting the delivery you must report such damage to us within 24 hours to arrange the collection and replacement.
We will be responsible for paying shipment costs. Upon receipt of the returned Goods a replacement will be dispatched (if in stock) or if requested, refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the goods.
If you wish to return Goods to us for any of the above reasons, please contact us at [email protected] to make the appropriate arrangements. Please ensure all items are packaged securely in their original packaging and sufficiently to withstand delivery. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you. We recommend that you use insured registered delivery and keep the receipt. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
As per the distance selling regulations, if you purchase goods from stock, either online or by phone, consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request it in writing within 7 working days after the day of receipt. In this instance you are responsible for the full cost and safe return of the goods to us. Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. We suggest that you use a signed for/insured delivery method that provides proof of delivery back to us. Any losses or breakages are the responsibility of you, the customer. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the price of the Goods, as paid by you, excluding the delivery charges, will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods.
Stock Furniture: As per the distance selling regulations, if you purchase goods from stock, either online or by phone, consumer rights entitle you to a full refund, less the delivery and collection costs, if you request it in writing within 7 working days after the day of receipt. The item/s must be returned securely in the same packaging as when delivered.
Commissioned/Bespoke Furniture: All bespoke, made to measure or special order furniture cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the price of the Goods, as paid by you, excluding the delivery cost, will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods. Refunds are only issued if the goods are returned in perfect condition. We advise you to insure the goods being returned. All refunds can take up to 10 working days to reach your account.
