Many of our items including large pieces of furniture may be in stock, but during busy times of the year, stock may be limited and further stock on order. Our made to order products have their own delivery leads times and you are encouraged to look at these prior to placing an order. Payment for each order is taken upon confirmation at the checkout, this reserves stock for you in our warehouse and secures stock which is due for delivery.

If you are placing a pre order for any of our products the lead times given are approximate and are always given in good faith. It is important to us that we provide the best possible customer service and in general overestimate our lead times to avoid disappointment.
